2002: Firm founded by Michael Wexler and George Castrounis. Principal office London, UK.

2002-2003: Maple Leaf Opportunity Fund: Long equity volatility product (VIX tracker) to give fund of hedge fund investors negatively correlated portfolio insurance for falling markets.

2006: Hong Kong office opened.

2004-2010: Maple Leaf Macro Volatility Fund: Volatility trading hedge fund, strategy based on quantitative volatility research and macro outlook implemented across equity, commodity, currency, and fixed income markets.

2010: Macro trading launched in managed accounts and Revolver Fund seeded (quantitative volatility trading).

2012: SHIELD program to launch (overlay crash protection).

2012: Los Angeles office to begin operation.
